Note: The online registration and hotel reservation forms can be completed by accesing the papers accounts (available starting from 1 April 2005).

Registration fees

For Eastern European participants, a limited number of reduced fees will be accepted upon request (please contact us at isscs2005@scs.etc.tuiasi.ro).
The publication of the paper is conditioned by registration of at least one author until 1 May 2005.

The full registration fee includes:
» admission to all conference sessions
» one copy of the proceedings
» coffee-breaks
» welcome cocktail
» conference banquet

Please remember to indicate your name and purpose of payment ("Registration fee for ISSCS 2005") in the message field on the remittance application. We would appreciate if you will send us a copy of the bank remittance receipt.

Cancellation and refund policy:
Refund of the registration fee is only possible when a written cancellation of registration reaches the Conference Secretariat before 1 May 2005. In that case, there will be a 80% refund. After this date, the registration fees are non-refundable.
