Registration fees

The publication of the paper is conditioned by registration of at least one author until 25 May 2019.

Registration fees include:
» admission to all conference sessions
» one copy of the proceedings
» coffee-breaks
» welcome cocktail
» conference banquet
» farewell cocktail

All payments must be made only by bank transfer to the following bank account:

*The account is in RON (Romanian lei). The payments can be made in equivalent RON or international currencies. For international currencies the conversion will be made by the bank.

Please remember to indicate your name and purpose of payment ("Registration fee for ISSCS 2019") in the message field on the remittance application. Please send us a copy of the bank remittance receipt.

Cancellation and refund policy:
Refund of the registration fee is possible if a written request reaches the Conference Secretariat before 1st of June 2019. In that case, there will be a 80% refund. After this date, the registration fees are non-refundable.
